Otium- LA

Sorry no picture! The venue was too cool and I felt too basic to take a photograph. Feel free to google Otium Beef tartare and you will see dozens of images taken by those braver and more secure than me. Overall I really enjoyed this and the presentation. I loved the yogurt dolups on the dish and it certainly was beautiful. I will say I was not crazy about the bulgur. I though this left a gritty taste that detracted from the meat which was excellent. That being said, I'm not a bulgur fan in general so other's may really enjoy this texture.
