Austrian Tartare

Had this beautiful Steak Tartare in Salzburg. Savory cone with mashed potato filling. Not bad for a post-flight 11 AM treat. Presentation was lovely and quality was high. Sadly I do not remember the name of the resturant as I was in a business class champange haze. Hoe obnoxious does that sound!
