A very simple steak tartare from Bistro Bis in Washington D.C. Very good but very standard. There was nothing that really set it apart. It was quite rich and the dressing was a bit heavy so I would not recommend this if you are planning on an equally rich entre. Hated the green garnish but loved the crips on top.
